Who did what. Built by team Evolve AI for the AUTOMATE-INDIA hackathon. The system below is the team's work; my individual part will be listed here once confirmed.

Overview

Agents usually run blind in the background. Kibbutz gives them an office. A manager agent plans a task and delegates it to specialists across creative, developer, finance, legal, marketing, operations and research departments, and you watch every one of them walk to a desk and work in real time. A company builder runs the whole pipeline from idea to requirements, feasibility, growth strategy, brand, logo, poster, website and pitch deck.

Why it exists

Multi-agent systems are hard to trust when you cannot see them. Kibbutz makes agent observability as immediate as looking across an office floor, and gives a founder a full company workflow instead of a single chat box.

What the team built

  • A manager agent that turns a prompt into a structured JSON plan and delegates subtasks to role-specific agents.
  • A live pixel office rendered on canvas, with agent sprites, department rooms, pathfinding and status (working, idle, complete, failed) streamed over WebSockets.
  • A company builder pipeline that produces requirements, feasibility, growth strategy, brand identity, logo, poster, website and pitch deck.
  • Groq inference with dual-key failover, ArmorIQ intent verification before agents act, and an MCP config so Claude or Cursor can connect to the company.
