Who did what. I lead technical work at PANEVO: architecture, stack, engineering decisions, deployment and maintenance of the web platform.

Overview

PANEVO makes fresh paneer with oregano, red chilli flakes or black pepper set inside the milk. I designed, developed and deployed panevo.in and look after the platform as the brand prepares to launch in the Chandigarh Tri-City.

Why it exists

A new food brand has one shot at explaining something unfamiliar, paneer that is seasoned all the way through, and needs the site to do product discovery, cooking education, subscriptions and retail discovery before a single pack is on a shelf.

My part

  • Designed, developed and deployed the official PANEVO website as a responsive multi-page platform.
  • Drive the technical side of the company: architecture, technology stack, engineering decisions, and end-to-end deployment and maintenance of the production web platform.
  • Built flows for product discovery, nutrition and cooking information, a three-step subscription builder, waitlists and a retail finder; quick-commerce listings are prepared for launch.
